Following a signing ceremony Wednesday in Denmark’s capital city, Copenhagen, NASA embraced Denmark as the 48th nation to commit to the safe and responsible exploration of space that benefits humanity. “We welcome Denmark’s signing of the Artemis Accords today,” said NASA Administrator Bill Nelson.

NASA and the Republic of Korea’s newly created Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) signed a joint statement of intent Thursday affirming their interest to advance cooperation in space exploration, science, and aeronautics. The signing took place at NASA Headquarters in Washington during the KASA’s first visit since its creation in May 2024.
